Instead of investing in highend vehicles, WRT prefer to invest in our employee’s constant training and job opportunity creation. It is our policy to maintain a local customer service/ dispatch center, not an overseas outsourced one. Our staff consist of a 50/50 balance of humans using AI technology. Humans still prefer to communicate with other humans, especially when a problem arise. You want immediate resolutions.
WRT prefer not to interact on social media, therefore, we will not be found there. We will communicate through our website instead.
WRT does not offer 24/7 service, because we value our drivers and customer’s safety and follow the FMCSA driver limits.

Monday-Sat: 5am-12am
Sun: 6am-10pm
A two week advance reservation prior to arrival is required.
