Eligibility To Use Booking Site
By using our site, you are acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into our terms.
Phone Call/SMS Messages
By booking with WRT, you consent to receive phone calls and/or SMS messages, to provide updates and information regarding your trip.
Rates
Unless additional services are requested, the rate quoted and paid for at the time of reservation is guaranteed and are for two passengers. Additional services such as extended wait time, excessive, luggage, oversized luggage, extra passengers, extra stops may result in additional charges.
Personal Identification
WRT and our staff reserve the right the right to request personal information from customers with fares exceeding $200. Failure to provide personal identification matching information on the file may result in inability of WRT to service the reservation.
Reservations for transportation to and from the airport are valid only for the time and date specified. WRT is not responsible for unused reservation or cost incurred as a result of customer error. When changing the pickup or drop off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply.
Reservations are required for transportation service to and from the airport. WRT shall arrive within 15 minutes of the assigned pick-up selected at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to be ready and waiting to depart outside of the pickup location at the agreed pick-up time and remain for the full designated 15 minute pick-up window. Failure to do so may prohibit our driver’s ability to provide service and may result in a possible forfeiture of fare.
Travel Times
WRT usually aim to get the customer to the airport 75-90 minutes prior to flight departure for domestic flights and 2 hours prior to international flights. At the customers advanced request, they can be picked up earlier than the assigned time for direct service. Shared rides typically take longer due to the wait for fellow passengers to load or unload. Travel time is dependent on geography, weather conditions, time of day, and traffic conditions.Because of these uncertainties, WRT cannot provide an exact travel time and cannot be accountable for variables out of our control.
Communications
For all services offered, the customer must include a phone number for the driver during the day of pick-up, failure of this policy may prevent our ability to provide service and result in possible forfeiture of fare.
Advance Reservations
Advance reservations for airport pick-up does not guarantee that a driver will be waiting for the customer at the curb at time of arrival. Due to security considerations, most airports do not allow independent operators to have vehicles lined up at the curb. However, we can have a driver waiting in a”holding lot” near the airport, just minutes away.
Reservation Abandonment
Abandonment occurs when the driver cannot find the customer at the designated pick-up location and cannot reach the customer on the phone number provided within a short reasonable amount of time, not exceed 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Abandonment may result in the forfeiture of the fare.
WRT is not responsible for mistakes made by customers while using the service, it’s website, or mobile applications. Confirmation at the end of booking and emails are provided at the time of booking to allow customers to review details of their reservation in advance of the reservation, allowing the customer time to cancel or make any changes two hours or more in advance, as required by the Cancellation Policy.
